Visualdoc.net is a document, content and information management software for retrieval, storage, archiving and filing purposes for any document type of different origins. Our software product, Visualdoc.net, uses world’s computer standards and respects all the norms of compression/decompression of images. The user interface for upload or retrieve is a simple browser (type Explorer). Integration of software is a goal as such: it must be the final efficiency improvement step in the process. From your ERP system could be done a call to the document system to view instantly the documentation of some data: in that case your ERP is the front-end solution and the document system is your back-end information system.
Output of information, retrieval of documents...what you need is a uniform file format whatever the source of the document is. All documents in your document system can be converted by an automated robot to pdf files.
